Overview

Vengeance's DDR5 SODIMM kits are Corsair's answer for laptops and small-form-factor systems that take socketed memory rather than soldered chips — a shrinking category as more laptops solder RAM to the board, but still standard on many workstations and upgradeable notebooks. The line covers a wide capacity spread, from single sticks up to large dual-module kits, so the right choice depends entirely on what your machine's manual says it supports.

Most of the range sits at 5600 MT/s with CL48 timings, though a couple of listings trade a slightly lower speed grade for looser latency at higher capacity. Check your laptop's supported memory speed before buying — many mobile platforms will happily run a kit below its rated speed but won't reach it without the right power state and profile support.

This is SODIMM DDR5, built for laptop and small-form-factor sockets, not desktop boards. Confirm your system takes SODIMM before ordering — it is physically incompatible with a UDIMM slot.
