BOLT V is KLEVV's plain DDR5 desktop line — no lighting, a simple aluminum heatspreader — from a brand less of a household name than Corsair or G.Skill but selling into the same 288-pin desktop socket.
The whole family shares the same 6400 MT/s CL32 rating, so what differs between listings is capacity and module count rather than timings: this one is 2×24GB at 48GB. Because the model name alone doesn't indicate size, it's worth reading the capacity and module count off the listing rather than assuming from the product line.
This is DDR5 288-pin UDIMM, non-ECC, for desktop boards, and needs its XMP profile enabled in BIOS to run at 6400 MT/s rather than a slower default.
