Lancer RGB is XPG's — ADATA's gaming brand — mid-tier DDR5 line, an aluminum heatspreader with a diffused light strip along the top edge. It sits in the middle of XPG's range: dressed for a visible build without being the flagship part.
The whole family is rated 6000 MT/s CL30, so nothing here trades timings for capacity — a 1×16GB kit at 16GB carries the same rating as any other size in the line. The decision is really just how much total memory the build needs, and how many of the board's slots you want left free for later.
This is DDR5 UDIMM for desktop motherboards, non-ECC. Reaching 6000 MT/s means enabling the XMP profile in BIOS; without it the modules run at a conservative JEDEC default well below the number on the box.
Flare X5 is a heatspreader-only DDR5-6000 line built for clearance-constrained builds, and within this 6000 MT/s grade every listing shares that one headline speed — the CL bin and capacity are the only things actually separating listings.
FURY Beast at 6000 spans three CL grades under one name plus a four-module 64GB option its 5600 sibling doesn't offer, which makes matching the exact SKU more important here than with most families.
DDR5 doubled the bandwidth and moved power regulation onto the module. Whether that is worth paying for depends entirely on which platform you are building.
Crucial Pro trades looks for a compatibility-first, overclocking-headroom pitch, and within this 6400 MT/s grade, CAS latency -- not the shared headline speed -- is the number that actually separates one listing from another.
16 GB is no longer comfortable, 32 GB is the sensible default, and 64 GB is a workload decision rather than a future-proofing one.
A 2x16GB kit sits at the highest-volume point on the memory market, and volume is what actually sets price per gigabyte — not capacity, and not how new a kit's specification is.
